Sian Rinaldi is a senior executive designer for a global consulting company called ThinkPlace.  She does a lot of work in Australia with governments and also in developing areas in the world like the sub-Saharan region and Africa.  Sian is also VP of the Change Management Institute.  She also mentors young women as part of the Girls Leadership Network.

Sian is really passionate about life.  She is a joiner.  She fosters animals.  Sian loves mentoring and helping young entrepreneurial women.  As part of her role in change management, she helps people leverage technology as an integral part of the change process.

Sometimes the skills deficit are essential such as business communications and even the ability to make a decision.

Young female entrepreneurs face many barriers.  The Girls Leadership network in the ACT and NSW focuses on helping young women access and use their network.
