Cassandra Parton - "Leading a remote team takes time. It is essential not to be in a hurry."

Cassandra Parton is the CEO of NextTech Learning; a corporate training partner focused on technology.

Cassandra is passionate about helping individuals achieve their optimum in their careers.  She has experience in the recruiting industry.  Her passion based in assisting people comes from her people-centric personality.

Cassandra has always led a remote team.  However, engaging new employees in a remote workforce is challenging.

Leading a remote team takes time.  It is essential not to be in a hurry.  Team members need to be monitored professionally and emotionally.

The new boundaries between personal and professional have been redrawn.  Increased acceptance and tolerance for children, cats and dogs in meetings is now a reality.
