·       Feed yourself – mindset and mental attitude. Each person's interests are unique.

·       With different interests, we join various tribes sharing the same interest.

·       Sometimes the interest doesn't fit directly into a professional life but still enhances the individual.

·       The world is changing quickly, and the necessity to keep growing is increasingly critical—the growth mindset.

·       Professional Growth can be a deliberate action or accidental.

·       Most informal learning is in the public domain. It is not essential to do formal tertiary courses.

·       The interest and the media or method used to learn and enrich one's life are varied. There is no right way.

·       The habit of learning and developing as a person needs to be desired; it cannot be forced. A lifestyle and regular practices need to be adopted.

·       Persevering with a preferred learning process leads to a broad perspective on any topic.

·       Skills and capacities can be learned from listening to people's stories.

·       There are always people who are not able to change or develop.

·       Ideas change and evolve.
